About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and launch a new cyber talent programme (contractor / room model)
- Identify, engage and convert high-quality cyber professionals who are not actively job seeking
- Create and scale talent pipelines that can be activated quickly
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand content and capability needs before they arise
- Experiment with new sourcing channels, communities and engagement models
- Use tools, automation and AI to move fast and operate efficiently
- Help shape the employer brand narrative for this new way of working with TryHackMe
Requirements
What you’ll need- Cyber / Technical Hiring Experience
