About the role
- Design, ship, and iterate experiments that measurably improve key growth metrics.
- Design and launch high-velocity experiments (A/B tests, pricing tests, onboarding improvements, upsell flows, paywalls, landing pages).
- Translate hypotheses into testable experiences.
- Make fast trade-offs between polish and speed.
- Contribute to experiment ideation - not just execution.
- Use data to inform design decisions and refine direction.
- Help define what “good” looks like in conversion, activation, and retention flows.
- Balance short-term optimisation with long-term product quality.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years designing consumer web or app experiences
- Have worked in a growth, optimisation, or experimentation-heavy environment
- Understand A/B testing principles and experimentation trade-offs
- Are comfortable working with product analytics (Amplitude, HotJar, etc.)
- Care about business outcomes as much as user experience
- Can articulate the “why” behind design decisions
- Move fast without sacrificing thinking
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete information
- Nice to have: Experience designing paywalls or subscription flows
- Nice to have: Experience with pricing or monetisation experiments
- Nice to have: Experience in gamified or educational products
