• Own the customer relationship after the sale.

• Own the service queue end to end, including endorsements, address and vehicle changes, driver additions, lienholder and mortgagee updates, ID cards, and proof of insurance.
• Proactively address non-pay warnings, cancellations, and rate increases by re-shopping across carriers and rewriting coverage.
• Review renewals, identify premium increases, and turn routine customer touchpoints into cross-sells.
• Resolve carrier-related issues involving portals, underwriting, and billing departments.
• Work alongside AI agents by providing feedback and applying human judgment where needed.
• Help shape Truvo's customer service experience and human-AI workflows.
