About the role
- Solicit and sell new or upgrade services to both new and existing customers
- Manage sales leads by tracking and following up close new sales and customer upgrades
- Work with Truvista Fiber sales and operations team members to generate sales leads
- Review existing customer accounts to identify and close new sales and service upgrades opportunities that are mutually beneficial to the customer and Truvista Fiber
- Provide world-class customer service to customers, process orders for service installation, activation, or change in service
- Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits, prepare change of address records, and issue discontinuance orders
- Take ownership of customer complaints concerning billing or services rendered
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 year of related experience and/or training
- Industry experience and sales experience is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- To qualify for Work from Home, applicant must meet WFH requirements (bandwidth, environment, office set-up)
