Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and research target companies and decision-makers
  • Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar tools to build prospect lists
  • Execute email, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach campaigns
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the leadership team
  • Maintain and update CRM records
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach campaigns
  • Track lead generation activities and performance metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–6 years of experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or outbound sales
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM
  • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
  • Preferred Experience in Healthcare, AI, SaaS, IT Services, or Digital Transformation
