About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and research target companies and decision-makers
- Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar tools to build prospect lists
- Execute email, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach campaigns
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the leadership team
- Maintain and update CRM records
- Work with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach campaigns
- Track lead generation activities and performance metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–6 years of experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or outbound sales
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM
- Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
- Preferred Experience in Healthcare, AI, SaaS, IT Services, or Digital Transformation
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
