About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as primary lead on client projects and facilitate client stakeholder engagement to ensure successful execution and delivery
- Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and processes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
- Work closely with delivery team leads and senior management to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Align to and champion TruSummit’s Delivery Process framework with the PM team
- Provide expert guidance and support to project managers throughout planning, execution, and monitoring
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, resolving escalated issues to minimize disruptions
- Collaborate with leadership to align project activities with TruSummit's strategic goals and objectives
- Define and track project KPIs, providing regular reports and updates to leadership
- Lead and mentor project managers through guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Conduct resource planning and allocation with resourcing managers
- Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders and manage expectations
- Serve as an escalation point for project resources and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Project Management
- 3+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementation projects or managing a team of project managers
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience in Professional Services Project Management
- Strong leadership abilities and capacity to drive project success and manage teams through change
- Proven project management experience with Salesforce implementations or related CRM systems
- Ability to earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders, set direction and approach, resolve conflicts, deliver tough messages, and execute with limited information and ambiguity
- General familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and best practices
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 products, specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent customer-facing skills, professional presence, and entrepreneurial attitude
- Knowledge and experience with formal delivery methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, self-directed, highly organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
