About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acquire new clients within the assigned sales region and introduce them to TrustYou products
  • Cooperate closely with the international team to achieve strategic sales goals
  • Make cold outbound calls to targeted customers
  • Own the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing
  • Present and sell TrustYou products by phone, in webinars, and on-site
  • Conduct negotiations and close contracts
  • Plan and manage seminars and exhibitions
  • Attend seminars and exhibitions to generate leads
  • Optimize the process from initial negotiations to order receipt
  • Prepare proposal materials and quotations
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of Business Development and corporate sales experience
  • Prior hospitality industry experience is a plus, but not required
  • Business-level English language skills
  • Fluency in Korean is a big plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues and clients
  • Self-starter with a get-it-done attitude, energy, persistence, and confidence in decision-making
  • Flexibility and eagerness to work in a team of young aspiring professionals
  • Enjoyment of using sales tools
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
