About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand market needs and guide product management best practices.
- Collaborate across functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain a prioritized product roadmap and overall product vision.
- Adapt project scope, schedules, and resource assignments as needed.
- Perform customer demonstrations and lead advisory boards/requirements gathering sessions.
- Identify opportunities for additional product market fit through TAM analysis and ongoing feedback.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Agile Product Owner.
- Ability to manage several streams of work simultaneously and context switch as needed without a significant loss of productivity.
- Capability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Professional empathy - listening, understanding, and anticipating the needs of customers, users, and team members.
