Customer Success Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Active account management: proactive customer outreach, health checks, and identifying support needs
- Adoption & reactivation: assisting customers in using kanzlei.land and targeted outreach to reactivate users
- Onboarding support: helping new customers get started and providing basic training
- Customer communication: explaining digital solutions in clear, accessible terms
- Documentation: recording customer contacts and agreements in the CRM
- Trade show support: assisting at trade fairs, conducting meetings, and handling follow-up
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Customer Success or experience in/with tax consultancies (tax firms)
- Strong interest in digital transformation and an understanding of the value of digital solutions
- Enthusiasm for digital solutions and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and strong organizational skills
- Team player with a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent German communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable handling phone conversations and resilient under pressure
- Alignment with company values: trust, responsibility, fairness, ambition, quality, friendliness
- Completed training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte) or further qualification as a tax specialist (Steuerfachwirt) or tax advisor, or a qualification in IT or commercial/business with strong IT/EDP understanding
