Sales Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Follow up on and pre-qualify incoming leads
- Execute outbound prospecting and independently generate a sales pipeline
- Use AI-supported prospecting and modern tools
- Support at trade shows and document activities in the CRM
- Work closely with marketing to ensure lead quality
- Build partnerships and schedule demo appointments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS environment or with complex/technical products
- Experience in outbound sales, e.g., cold calling, sequence campaigns, or list research
- Ability to pre-qualify leads in a structured way and evaluate them against a defined ICP or framework
- Confident on the phone, persistent in follow-up, and personable
- Disciplined CRM usage and maintenance of clean, accurate data
- Interest in digital transformation and an understanding of quality software for tax/accounting firms
- Ability to explain complex solutions clearly
- Self-motivated, organized, and reliable — capable of working effectively in a remote setup
- Team player, solution-oriented, with clear communication skills in German (both spoken and written)
