About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Ability to pre-qualify leads in a structured way and evaluate them against a defined ICP or framework
  • Confident on the phone, persistent in follow-up, and personable
  • Disciplined CRM usage and maintenance of clean, accurate data
  • Interest in digital transformation and an understanding of quality software for tax/accounting firms
  • Ability to explain complex solutions clearly
  • Self-motivated, organized, and reliable — capable of working effectively in a remote setup
  • Team player, solution-oriented, with clear communication skills in German (both spoken and written)
