About the role
- - Develop and implement a comprehensive RevOps strategy that aligns with Trustmi’s business goals.
- - Optimize the entire revenue generation process, including sales, marketing, customer success, and operations.
- - Analyze and report on performance metrics, with a focus on driving actionable insights and data-driven decision making.
- - Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead scoring, pipeline management, and conversion strategies.
- - Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.
- - Establish KPIs and dashboards for tracking team performance and revenue growth, identifying growth opportunities, and resolving challenges.
Requirements
- - 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- - Proven track record of driving revenue growth through data-driven insights and operational excellence.
- - Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue forecasting, performance analysis, and KPI development.
- - Excellent understanding of sales and marketing processes, customer lifecycle, and revenue generation strategies.
- - Ability to lead cross-departmental initiatives and drive alignment among diverse teams.
- - Strong project management skills and experience with CRM and data analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau).
- - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
