Key responsibilities & impact
  • Increase new business sales through partnerships with major worksite and voluntary benefit distributors
  • Learn health care trends and product information
  • Manage target account lists and pipeline management
  • Follow a comprehensive sales process including marketing programs and presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 years of Voluntary product sales or equivalent work experience
  • Consultative sales experience required
  • Experience generating and analyzing reports to enhance sales or customer experience
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and make good decisions
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Interpersonal effectiveness with proven ability to establish/maintain relationships
  • Capable of operating the complete MS Office Suite
