Key responsibilities & impact

oversee data design, movement, and integrity across integrations
ensure that all data exchanged across policy‑lifecycle systems is accurate

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
6 – 8 years of related experience
strong background with insurance or benefits platforms
proven leadership in data migration and platform transitions
key technical strengths include data modeling
integration‑pattern expertise across APIs, events, files, and batch processes
SQL‑based reconciliation and validation
experience working with integration platforms and API gateways
