About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Increase new business sales through partnerships with benefit distributors
- Establish, update and manage target account lists and pipeline management

- Manage external and internal stakeholders throughout the sales process
- Monitor and report on competition to evaluate position in the marketplace
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years of Voluntary product sales or equivalent work experience
- Consultative sales experience required
- Experience generating and analyzing reports to enhance sales or customer experience
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make good decisions
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Interpersonal effectiveness with proven ability to establish and maintain relationships
