Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver hands-on analytics and reporting by compiling and analyzing data from multiple sources using tools such as Databricks, SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI.
Develop and deliver insights and solutions to measurably improve business performance and/or customer experience.
Own intake and prioritization of analytics requests by partnering with stakeholders to clarify needs, define success metrics, translate requirements, and estimate effort.
Manage delivery by assigning work, tracking progress, communicating status, and shifting priorities as needed.
Manage and develop junior staff through performance management, coaching, technical/code review, and establishing team standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of related experience OR High School Diploma or GED with 10+ years related experience.
Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, or comparable analytical software.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience delivering results to stakeholders in Excel and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
