About the role
- Retain customers by identifying their needs and promoting product benefits
- Receive calls from customers terminating contracts
- Educate customers on product value
- Provide alternatives and negotiate solutions
- Collaborate with Marketing on policy holder communications
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4 – 6 years of related experience
- Working knowledge of products and features
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and departmental standards and goals
- Ability to interpret policy provisions
- Skills in customer negotiations and process improvements
- Training new hires and cross-training existing representatives
