About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with day-to-day HR operations - including organizational changes - to power business success
- Help design, document, and implement our foundational People frameworks, templates, and key initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve or escalate issues, and proactively foster a positive workplace culture
- Manage employee records, handle incoming HR tickets, and maintain absolute data integrity across our HR systems
- Help facilitate smooth performance review cycles, roll out development initiatives, and promote team well-being
- Leverage your solid understanding of local employment law to ensure strict policy compliance and protect the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of experience in HR or People-focused business development roles, ideally within fast-paced, scaling organizations
- Extreme sense of ownership - if you see something broken or missing, you jump in and fix it
- Anticipate challenges, prioritize your workload effectively, and proactively engineer solutions
- Empathy and clarity needed to build trust and forge strong relationships across all levels of the organization
- Outcome-driven mindset, always looking for ways to improve the status quo
- Excel at juggling multiple priorities simultaneously without losing sight of high-impact results
- Thrive in dynamic, changing environments, enjoying supporting business shifts and setting up ways of working that allow agility
