Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive market expansion by balancing long-term Enterprise bets with high-velocity Mid-Market revenue generation.
  • Take ownership of your pipeline. You are responsible for proactive hunting and lead generation.
  • Structure the sales approach for the UK market.
  • Target and acquire high-value accounts by engaging everyone from technical product managers to C-level executives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You bring 7+ years of high-impact sales experience in Payments or Fintech.
  • You are a practitioner of modern enterprise sales frameworks (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC).
  • You are an expert individual contributor with the ambition to transition into a formal leadership role.
  • You bridge the gap between business requirements and technical feasibility.
  • You possess the "grit" required for long-game enterprise cycles.
  • You thrive in high-stakes environments, love networking, and bring the energy required to scale a market leader in a rapidly evolving sector.
