About the role

  • Drive pipeline growth to maximize sales capacity and meet/exceed company targets.
  • Source, vet, and qualify high-potential clients to create a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
  • Engage senior decision-makers through strategic outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
  • Ensure a seamless transition handoff process between Sales Development (You) and Sales Executives to maximize closing probabilities.
  • Utilize reporting and dashboarding capabilities to communicate results to the rest of the organization and track performance and productivity KPIs. (i.e., Salesforce, Gong)
  • Identify sales collateral and content needs to improve lead open, response, and engagement rates.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Development in technology B2B Sales in Fintech, Gaming (sportsbetting or casino), or Payments industry required.
  • Ability to sell yourself.
  • A proven track record of successful sales pipeline development through both outbound and inbound. Experience in closing roles is a plus.
  • A proven track record of being a hustler and a go-getter (i.e., you want to make a name for yourself and you are money motivated).
  • A can-do attitude and ability to work cross-functionally to drive results.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and directly by providing accurate information and being data-driven.
  • Bonus points for SFDC, Gong, Zoominfo, and Linkedin Navigator proficiency as well as any Online Gaming or Financial Tech Experience.
