About the role

  • Drive user adoption, engagement, and conversion across our consumer-facing payment experiences.
  • Focus on experimentation, funnel optimization, and data-driven insights to reduce friction in the checkout experience and improve key consumer metrics.
  • Work closely with Engineering, UX, Data, Marketing, and other partners to design, run, and scale experiments that improve the end-to-end payment journey.
  • Help shape how Trustly approaches experimentation and growth product practices more broadly.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience in growth or consumer tech, with a proven track record in A/B testing and funnel optimization.
  • Deep analytical and technical fluency, with the ability to turn complex data and payment ecosystem logic into actionable product strategies.
  • Strategic focus on Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), balancing aggressive conversion gains against fraud, risk, and long-term profitability.
  • Consumer-first mindset with a strong intuition for UX and the ability to drive measurable business impact in fintech or payments.
  • Exceptional collaborator and communicator, skilled at aligning Engineering, Data, and senior stakeholders on complex trade-offs.
