About the role

  • Receive and enter referrals from MedSender into TownSquare and Homebase
  • Triage and tag service type — therapy, med mgmt, psych testing
  • Contact patients same day — confirm service interest and insurance
  • Match patient to correct provider based on insurance, location, availability
  • Schedule appointments for mental health therapy
  • Manage 8-attempt follow-up queue over 2 weeks for unreached patients
  • Field inbound callbacks from Therarep queue same business day
  • Discharge patients after 8 failed contact attempts and notify referring practitioner

Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in health sciences, psychology, or related field
  • Clinical literacy — familiarity with mental health service types and terminology
  • 1+ year experience in medical or behavioral health administrative role
  • Strong phone communication and patient-facing skills
  • HIPAA knowledge and compliance awareness
