About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage all aspects of accounts payable including verifying invoices, coding, timely payments, vendor management and 1099 preparation and filing
Prepare and record journal entries and assist with month end close
Assist with bank reconciliations
Daily revenue reconciliation
Support financial reporting and maintain General Ledger
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the timely and accurate receipt of financial data
Support accounting and finance functions with special projects and tasks as needed
Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, Lookups, Power Query)
ERP experience required (Netsuite a plus)
Experience in a medical practice setting preferred but not necessary.
