About the role

  • Identify life stage events ripe for x-sell or upsell and commercialize event-driven marketing opportunities.
  • Forecast financial impact, align with stakeholders to test, and implement concepts.
  • Identify consumer pain points and define marketing automation to optimize delivery of solutions to customer opportunities.
  • Define data sources for events and work across the value chain to build value propositions for email capture.
  • Assess VNB, ROC, and ME associated with campaigns and collaborate with analytics on A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Develop prioritization framework for campaign optimization and utilize six sigma principles for variation reduction.
  • Determine best reach out method for life event and demographic.
  • Develop new/innovative use cases using the customer data platform and extend its use to new audiences, channels, and products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to socialize channel best practices.
  • Serve as a critical member of the customer data platform team; additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a marketing environment.
  • Project management skills.
  • Indirect leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a project-oriented team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience managing customer-driven marketing automation initiatives.
  • Preferred: Salesforce marketing cloud.
  • Preferred: test/learn methodologies, segmented and automated journey experience.
  • Direct to consumer oriented.
