About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support designated distribution partners across markets by preparing and compiling program data
Provide accurate reporting, dashboards, presentations, and data support for Relationship Managers and Sales teams
Develop and maintain high-quality, client-facing materials
Deliver clear, timely, and consistent partner communications
Maintain organized, accurate, and high-quality documentation
Improve operational consistency applying shared templates, tools, and processes
Identify errors, inefficiencies, or gaps in partner materials and workflows
Maintain strong data hygiene and system accuracy
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Enablement, and Analytics teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance or related field or equivalent work experience
5-7 years of experience
Demonstrated knowledge of insurance products and services
Experience with designing and executing on new processes, artifacts, and templates
Ability to manage multiple priorities, plan projects and maintain deadlines
Ability to comprehend and follow complex processes
Demonstrated effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability and willingness to travel 10-15% of the time
