Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for analyzing and interpreting past and future business performance through financial reporting
Communicate findings and impacts effectively to customers and management
Provide comprehensive support to a broad customer group
Help implement solutions by reviewing data and determining project requirements
Collaborate with the Finance organization to provide Accounting and Finance guidance to customers
Accurately develop, maintain and discuss various reports with the reporting team
Provide analysis and explain results to clients
Build relationships with assigned clients and provide requested support
Research new tools and evaluate opportunities to apply these capabilities to improve current business processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Financial discipline
Previous experience (1-5 years) in finance or accounting role preferred (i.e. Internship)
Proficient with Microsoft products, such as Excel, Power Query, Access
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and statutory accounting principles (SAP)
Effective written and verbal communications
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to identify process improvements
Proven ability to work effectively with team members
Familiar with Financial Reporting tools
Workday, Workday Reporting tools (Office Connect) experience preferred
