About the role
- Support ongoing Salesforce CRM data cleanup and maintenance
- Identify and resolve duplicate, outdated, or inconsistent records
- Assist with data hygiene initiatives
- Help prepare Salesforce data for an upcoming data repository project
- Conduct CRM field audits to evaluate current field usage
- Support the cleanup and optimization of Salesforce reports, list views, and dashboards
- Explore opportunities to automate data processes and improve CRM workflows
- Document data governance practices, reporting standards, and automation opportunities
Requirements
- Working towards a relevant degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn
