About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support ongoing Salesforce CRM data cleanup and maintenance
Identify and resolve duplicate, outdated, or inconsistent records
Assist with data hygiene initiatives
Help prepare Salesforce data for an upcoming data repository project
Conduct CRM field audits to evaluate current field usage
Support the cleanup and optimization of Salesforce reports, list views, and dashboards
Explore opportunities to automate data processes and improve CRM workflows
Document data governance practices, reporting standards, and automation opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Working towards a relevant degree or equivalent work experience
Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent communications skills
