About the role
- Engage and execute with Sales Partner for account planning, prospecting, and management
- Assist in the pre-qualification, assessment, development, and presentation of client proposals
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients as needed
- Conduct strategic reviews to attract, retain, and grow business
- Provide thought leadership and insights to Sales Partners and customers
- Maintain understanding and relationships with organizations supporting customer business needs
- Speaker at industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, Risk Management or related field
- 6 or more years of experience marketing, selling, and servicing products in financial and/or insurance services
- Experience with National broker preferred
- In-depth knowledge of credit union industry preferred
- Ability to quickly develop business relationships
- Extensive understanding of practices and precedents along with 3+ years of experience in fidelity, property & casualty insurance or credit union operations
- Expert knowledge of Corporate Property & Casualty products is preferred
- Strong sales background with exceptional verbal, written, listening, analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills
