About the role

  • Lead full‑time sector coverage, including higher‑complexity industries; perform credit research and relative‑value analysis
  • Independently structure and assess risk on complex transactions, including covenant and documentation review
  • Conduct earnings reviews and private placement reviews on a scheduled basis; deliver clear, actionable insights
  • Present sector views and recommendations to investment committees and senior leadership
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bankers, issuers, and market sources
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive culture

Requirements

  • 5+ years of credit research experience in fixed income
  • 5+ years of private placements experience preferred
  • Expertise covering complex sectors and independently driving recommendations
  • Strong modeling, analytical, and risk‑assessment skills
  • Graduate degree and/or CFA preferred
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg and Microsoft Office; Power BI or programming is a plus
  • Ability to travel 10–35%
