About the role

  • Provide legal research support to in-house attorneys and compliance professionals
  • Assist in communicating legal and compliance requirements
  • Partner with business teams to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory obligations

Requirements

  • Working towards a law degree (JD)
  • Strong legal research, analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Must be currently enrolled in law school (preferably 2L)
  • Coursework or experience related to Administrative Procedure, regulatory agencies, and/or financial services industry is a strong plus
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office—Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think, act, and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
