About the role
- Provide operational, marketing, and administrative support to assigned financial services professionals
- Support marketing efforts: assemble seminar packets, coordinate logistics and mailings, maintain lobby marketing materials, execute basic marketing activities
- Administrative support: coordinate schedules, maintain calendars, set up and confirm appointments, manage phone calls, order supplies, create and manage contact information
- Support program success: coordinate and track referrals, conduct training with credit union employees, program reporting, support compliance initiatives
- Maintain confidential member information according to TWMS policies
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Ability to work well within a team environment, as well as independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Comfortable working both face-to-face and over the phone with people
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience with Salesforce
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
