About the role

  • Provide operational, marketing, and administrative support to assigned financial services professionals
  • Support marketing efforts: assemble seminar packets, coordinate logistics and mailings, maintain lobby marketing materials, execute basic marketing activities
  • Administrative support: coordinate schedules, maintain calendars, set up and confirm appointments, manage phone calls, order supplies, create and manage contact information
  • Support program success: coordinate and track referrals, conduct training with credit union employees, program reporting, support compliance initiatives
  • Maintain confidential member information according to TWMS policies

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, as well as independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Comfortable working both face-to-face and over the phone with people
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience with Salesforce
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
