About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute the product roadmap across stablecoin payments, fiat on/off ramp, merchant payment gateway, card-issuing partnership and cross-border payments
Navigate and translate global regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product decisions — ensuring compliance without sacrificing user experience
Partner with legal and compliance teams to anticipate regulatory shifts across key jurisdictions and build ahead of them
Work directly with merchants and payment partners to understand integration needs, pain points, and opportunities — translating them into product requirements
Drive alignment across engineering, operations, and business development on roadmap priorities and go-to-market timeline, market readiness, and revenue delivery plans.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of payment products — from discovery and scoping through launch, iteration, and scaling
Create and operate structured governance models with merchant partners through regular cadence (QBRs), performance tracking (activation rates, conversion, engagement, and ROI etc), and opportunity area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of product management experience, with at least 1-2 years in payments, fintech, or crypto
Deep understanding of payments infrastructure — card networks (Visa/Mastercard), stablecoins, fiat rails, and cross-border payment flows
Hands-on experience navigating financial regulations across multiple jurisdictions
Proven ability to lead and grow a product team in a fast-moving environment
Strong track record of working with merchants or payment partners in an external-facing capacity
Comfortable operating in a decentralized, global, async-first environment
Web3-native mindset — you understand the nuances of crypto UX, wallet infrastructure, and on-chain/off-chain dynamics.
