About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, initiate, and close strategic partnerships with projects building within the ecosystem partner networks
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner between Trust Wallet and key ecosystem partner stakeholders, including DeFi projects, DeFi protocols, and network validators
  • Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to co-develop ecosystem campaigns, co-marketing initiatives, and joint GTM strategies
  • Represent Trust Wallet at ecosystem partner-affiliated events
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with ecosystem partner companies to drive Trust Wallet integrations and adoption
  • Proactively identify integration opportunities across the ecosystem partner investment portfolio
  • Track partner companies roadmaps and surface early-stage partnership opportunities before they go to market
  • Develop and execute BD strategies targeting assigned regional crypto communities
  • Build relationships with KOLs, community leaders, media outlets, and regional exchanges
  • Identify and onboard DeFi protocols, projects, and Web3 communities onto Trust Wallet
  • Coordinate with marketing on social media to support BD pipeline

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–6 years of BD, partnerships, or ecosystem development experience in crypto/Web3
  • Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value deals that drive user and revenue growth.
  • Established network within the Web3 ecosystem, including dApps, protocols, liquidity providers, and venture capitalists.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of crypto culture, community dynamics, and media landscape in the relevant regions
  • Strong commercial instincts — able to structure deals, negotiate terms, and close partnerships independently
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, globally distributed team
  • Advanced strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Creative and resourceful mindset to develop innovative business models and explore new growth avenues.
