Program Development Manager, Knowledge Management & Communications

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead internal communications, knowledge management, and process optimization initiatives for the North American Market team
- Manage the North American Market Teams and Territory Partner SharePoint page
- Manage documentation and upkeep of all processes, and manage department-wide and field communications, meetings, and announcements
- Define and implement best practice standards for documentation, resource management, and knowledge base audits
- Create and manage internal communications that inform and align field and channel teams on new programs, updates, resources, and key initiatives
- Organize and run focus groups to gather feedback and inform content or process improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in program management, communications, or operations roles
- Proven experience managing an internal knowledge base
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex updates into clear, user-friendly messages
- Highly knowledgeable of channel processes, programs, systems, and functions
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and project management skills
- Able to work independently without consistent oversight
- Strong follow-through, accountability, and a customer service mindset.
