About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager with leadership and supervision of store personnel
  • Achieve key performance metrics and ensure efficient daily store operations
  • Ensure regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Handle opening and closing procedures and supervise staff and retail processes
  • Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
  • Review, communicate, and ensure compliance with company SOPs and state-specific regulations
  • Coach, train, and develop the team on service standards and accountability
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory
  • Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations
  • Maintain professional relationships with business partners
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma required
  • Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
  • Ability to communicate in conversational English
  • Ability to operate electronic equipment, including computers, scanners, printers, and telecommunication devices
  • Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR background check for delivery locations
  • Ability to pass level 1 and level 2 background checks
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to function independently with flexibility and personal integrity
  • Ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
  • Ability to work with patrons of different ages and abilities, including those experiencing emotional distress or displaying hostility
  • Ability to move throughout the entire facility, including tight spaces
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to ascend and descend stools, ladders, and steps, and position self or objects at floor level
  • Visual and auditory acuity with or without job aids
