About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Guide customers through their cannabis journey by educating them on product benefits and potential side effects
Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, and compassion to patients
Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with State regulations
Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns according to company policy
Prepare and process patient orders efficiently
Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
Enhance the customer experience with the leader on duty
Assist customers with product or device issues
Resolve customer issues with leadership and management
Document customer issues and concerns on customer profiles
Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
Process online orders, including deliveries, within a 2-hour timeframe when providing online support
Perform delivery associate tasks as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or a similar field
Minimum age of 21, or 18 in CT, PA, and WV
Prior cash handling experience
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work without supervision and in a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
Conversational English proficiency
Ability to operate computers, laptops, electronic equipment, and telecommunication devices
Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery driver duties
Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday
Ability to move throughout the entire facility, including confined spaces
Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs
Ability to ascend and descend stools, ladders, and steps
Ability to crouch, stoop, kneel, or crawl
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to work up to 25 hours per week and after hours based on business needs
