About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and supervise store personnel and oversee daily store operations
- Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results
- Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
- Ensure regulatory compliance with all state-specific regulations
- Review, communicate, and enforce company SOPs and communicate changes to employees
- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
- Coach, train, and develop the team to meet objectives and service standards
- Monitor and maintain store inventory
- Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations
- Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
- Schedule effectively within the labor budget
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
- Perform other assigned tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service
- Prior cash handling experience
- Ability to train, develop, and evaluate a team of 40+ employees
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Ability to communicate in conversational English
- Ability to operate electronic equipment including computers, scanners, and printers
- Ability to comprehend safety procedures and use telecommunication devices
- Ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions
- Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
- Valid driver’s license and passing MVR background check for delivery locations
- Ability to pass level 1 and level 2 background checks
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to function independently and work flexibly
- Personal integrity and ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
- Ability to work with patrons of different ages and abilities, including those experiencing emotional distress or displaying hostility
- Ability to move throughout the entire facility, including tight spaces
- Ability to manipulate, push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to ascend and descend stools, ladders, and steps and position self or objects at floor level
- Visual and auditory acuity with or without aids
- Availability to work 45+ hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
