About the role

Guide customers through their cannabis journey by educating them about product benefits and potential side effects
Facilitate customer purchases in compliance with state regulations
Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, and compassion to patients
Deliver the TruExperience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge
Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
Prepare and process patient orders efficiently and on time
Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
Assist customers with product or device issues
Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues
Document customer issues and concerns on customer profiles
Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
Process online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe when providing online support
Perform delivery associate tasks as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

High-school diploma or equivalent
Experience in the field or a similar field
Minimum age of 21, or 18 in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and West Virginia
Prior cash handling experience
Prior retail and/or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
Conversational English proficiency
Ability to operate computers, laptops, electronic equipment, and telecommunication devices
Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties
Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for the Delivery Driver role
Ability to move throughout the facility and work in confined spaces
Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 pounds
Ability to ascend and descend stools, ladders, and steps
Ability to crouch, stoop, kneel, or crawl
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
