About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Guide customers through their cannabis journey by educating them on product benefits and potential side effects
Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with state regulations
Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, and compassion to patients
Apply product knowledge and elevated patient service standards
Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
Prepare and process patient orders efficiently
Resolve product, device, and other customer issues with leadership and management
Document customer issues and concerns on customer profiles
Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
Process online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe as needed
Perform delivery-associate tasks as needed
Complete other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need

High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or a similar field
Minimum age of 21, or 18 in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and West Virginia
Prior retail and/or customer service experience preferred
Prior cash handling experience required
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
Conversational English required
Ability to operate electronic equipment, including computers and laptops
Ability to comprehend safety procedures and use telecommunication devices
Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for the Delivery Driver role
Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday and work throughout the facility, including confined spaces
Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs
Ability to ascend and descend stools, ladders, and steps
Availability to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and up to 40 hours per week
Availability after hours based on business needs
