About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager with leadership and supervision of store personnel
  • Support achievement of key performance metrics and efficient daily store operation
  • Perform opening and closing procedures and supervise staff and retail processes
  • Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with state-specific regulations
  • Review, communicate, and ensure compliance with company SOPs
  • Coach, train, and develop the team on service standards and accountability
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory
  • Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations
  • Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma required
  • Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
  • Ability to communicate in conversational English
  • Ability to operate electronic equipment, including computer, scanner, and printer
  • Ability to comprehend safety procedures and use telecommunication devices
  • Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
  • Valid driver’s license and successful MVR background check required for delivery locations
  • Ability to pass level 1 and level 2 background checks
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to function independently and work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
  • Ability to work with patrons of different ages and abilities, including those experiencing emotional distress or displaying a hostile attitude
  • Ability to move throughout the facility, including tight spaces
  • Ability to push/pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to ascend and descend stools, ladders, and steps
  • Visual and auditory acuity with or without job aids
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
