About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Guide customers through cannabis purchases by educating them on product benefits and potential side effects
  • Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, compassion, and product knowledge
  • Facilitate patient purchases in accordance with state regulations
  • Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
  • Prepare and process patient orders efficiently
  • Assist customers with product or device issues and resolve concerns with leadership
  • Document customer issues and concerns on customer profiles
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation
  • Process online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe
  • Perform additional team and delivery-associate tasks as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or a similar field
  • Minimum age of 21, or 18 in CT, PA, and WV
  • Prior retail and/or customer service experience is a plus
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
  • Conversational English proficiency
  • Ability to operate computers, laptops, and telecommunications devices
  • Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the duties
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record for the Delivery Driver role
  • Must pass a comprehensive background record check
  • Ability to move throughout the workday and work in confined spaces
  • Ability to manipulate, push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to ascend and descend stools, ladders, and steps
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
