About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the General Manager in maintaining 100% accuracy of store inventory
Oversee daily preparation and processing of product and patient transfers
Make daily transfer recommendations for product overages and shortages
Maintain inventory compliance with state regulations
Assist with implementing company inventory-control policies and operating procedures
Analyze and resolve inventory issues
Monitor warehouse transactions, including shipping, receiving, and transfers
Perform daily, weekly, or monthly cycle counts as needed
Conduct inventory audits with the General Manager
Log receipts and documentation to maintain accurate inventory accounts
Assist in scheduling inventory and compliance personnel
Perform system adjustments and participate in root-cause analysis
Help determine and execute corrective actions
Collect, audit, and file paperwork required for state compliance
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with regulatory requirements and HIPAA guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism
Ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Able to understand and follow written and oral instructions
Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
Good management and leadership skills
