About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide customers through their cannabis journey by educating them about product benefits and potential side effects
- Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with state regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, and compassion to patients
- Provide the TruExperience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge
- Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
- Prepare and process patient orders efficiently
- Assist customers with product or device issues and resolve customer concerns with leadership
- Document customer issues and concerns in customer profiles
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
- Process online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe when providing online support
- Perform delivery-associate duties as needed, including following company policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the field or a similar field
- Minimum age of 21, or 18 in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia
- Prior retail and/or customer service experience is preferred
- Prior cash handling experience
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
- Conversational English proficiency
- Ability to operate computers, laptops, electronic equipment, and telecommunication devices
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
- Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role
- Ability to meet the stated mental, physical, sensory, mobility, lifting, and communication requirements
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility to work up to 25 hours per week and after hours based on business needs
