About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail
  • Responsible for exhibiting a working knowledge of all sanitation principles, equipment, and chemicals
  • Create a clean and orderly environment for our guests/employees
  • Is responsible for the chemical use, safety procedures and equipment use
  • Follow sanitation plans, procedures, and training, as necessary
  • Follows cleaning schedules and maintains supply usage as well as quantity logs
  • Collaborate with edibles production and quality assurance to ensure cleaning tasks are completed adequately and on time
  • Notify superiors of any damages and disturbances
  • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven sanitation experience in food production/food service environment
  • Strong attention to detail, must work efficiently and quickly while maintaining quality
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision and maintain a high level of performance
  • Strong communication skills, customer-orientated, and friendly
  • Strong attention to detail and MUST have flexibility when it comes to helping other departments
  • SERV Safe certificate preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
  • Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
