About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for assisting the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel
  • Achieving key performance metrics and ensuring the efficient daily operation of the store
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience
  • Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff
  • Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
  • Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs
  • Provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory
  • Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma required
  • Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a MVR background check (delivery locations only)
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
