About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for assisting the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel
- Achieving key performance metrics and ensuring the efficient daily operation of the store
- Ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience
- Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff
- Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
- Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs
- Provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability
- Monitor and maintain store inventory
- Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma required
- Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion
- Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a MVR background check (delivery locations only)
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
