Key responsibilities & impact

Provide manual labor to support the operations within the Cultivation department
Support the flower department with day-to-day plant maintenance tasks and sanitation responsibilities
Follow directions and take instructions from supervisors
Perform various manual cross-department job duties as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Works well in a team environment
Attention to detail
Cultivation experience preferred
