Key responsibilities & impact

Guide customers on their journey into cannabis by educating on benefits and potential side effects
Provide exceptional customer service to customers and coworkers
Assist managers and supervisors with returns according to policy
Prepare and process patient orders efficiently
Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures
Work with leadership to enhance customer experience
Document customer issues on their profile
Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
Perform additional team tasks as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

High-school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 21 years of age (or 18 years in CT, PA, WV)
Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
Prior cash handling experience
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
Excellent people skills and effective communication
Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
