About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure maximum compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Distribution Practices, OSHA, USDA, and other areas of mandatory regulatory oversight
- Ensure that intake staff understand the shared accountabilities for goals and priorities
- Work with all vendors to ensure all products are compliant based on AZDHS standards
- Collaborate with Lead on verifying all products have compliant testing
- Uploads all 3rd party and internal product transfers into Dutchie inventory system
- Unload orders daily from 3rd party vendors, verifying the order during delivery
- Makes sure all product is labeled with compliant Dutchie labels per AZDHS
- Assists with any other duties assigned by the leadership team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in distribution, logistics, or intake role(s)
- Must exhibit strong leadership skills
- Must have excellent written and oral communication abilities
- The ability to communicate clearly and engage in dialogue with all levels of employees
- Must be able to influence others in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with industry-standard software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Familiarity with specialized industry software applications (SAP, Dutchie) preferred but not required
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
