About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
- Guide customers on their journey into cannabis by educating them on benefits and potential side effects.
- Facilitate customer purchases per State regulations while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Prepare and process patient orders in a timely manner.
- Assist managers with returns according to company policy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail and/or customer service area
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
- Prior cash handling experience
