About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Cultivation Technician I provides manual labor to support the operations within the Cultivation department
  • The Cultivation Technician I position will primarily support the flower department with day-to-day plant maintenance tasks and sanitation responsibilities
  • Physical, repetitive agricultural work, follow directions and take instructions from supervisors
  • Repetitive climbing on a ladder or working on an elevated platform
  • Loading plants and placing emitters
  • Tucking and spreading plants as directed
  • Pruning and defoliating plants
  • Proper Use of PPE in accordance with company guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Cultivation experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
  • Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
