About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Cultivation Technician I provides manual labor to support the operations within the Cultivation department
- The Cultivation Technician I position will primarily support the flower department with day-to-day plant maintenance tasks and sanitation responsibilities
- Physical, repetitive agricultural work, follow directions and take instructions from supervisors
- Repetitive climbing on a ladder or working on an elevated platform
- Loading plants and placing emitters
- Tucking and spreading plants as directed
- Pruning and defoliating plants
- Proper Use of PPE in accordance with company guidelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Works well in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Cultivation experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
