Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
  • Must have prior cash handling experience
  • Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff
  • Able to communicate in conversational English
  • Proven ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions
  • Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely
